GOD IS SO GOOD!!!

Wow - so many things to update you on since we last posted - so many answered prayer requests.  Don had his pacemaker changed and the surgery went smoothly.  He and Tina are both feeling alot better now that it's over.

God has provided a job for Jenny so we are grateful for that.

Bonnie's tendon surgery on her ankle went well.  The cast and the "not driving" about drove her crazy but that's all behind us now and she is back on her feet again. :)

We thank you all who have prayed us through this last year and we appreciate your continued prayer for wisdom as we schedule for 2012!

PRAYER REQUEST for the Ferris Family

We have been going through a challenge with custody of our two 3 year old grandsons.  We know that God is in complete control of the situation and He wants the best for our little boys.  This month (Sept) we have a couple of court dates RE custody and parenting time.  Please pray for our family, the lawyers involved, and the judge, that God would grant peace, grace, and wisdom through this challenge.

PICKERINGS NEW BABY

OK - it's true.  The Pickerings do have a new member in their family.  Gracie arrived this week.  After weeks and months of Jesicca and DJ (their adult kids) begging for a dog they won!  They fought a good fight and the power point must have finished off Dave and Jenny.  Maybe they will send a photo I can post on their bio page for all of you to see.

BONNIE's SURGERY DATE

Hi everyone - yes I have a torn tendon. And they said I sprained my ankle sometime in the last three years.  I guess I didn't have time to notice. :) The peroneuos brevis for all those who might like the specifics ha ha ha:)  They won't know till in surgery the extent of the damage and if they can save it or have to cut part of it out and put the good pieces together - or if it can't be saved he will have to attached above the damage to a different tendon.  I am also realizing that this isn't probably going to be a "bounce out of bed in a couple of days" kind of deal.  I has quite a loooooooooooooong recovery time with quite a bit of therapy.  But I can still sing sitting down! :)  God is in control and I promise to be good and listen to the doctors (although I haven't been down that long in my combined 48 years I don't think ;).

Till then - lots to do.  Have a wonderful day and share Jesus - with your words and your life!  Bonnie
